HYPNOTHERAPY FOR SLEEP ISSUES

Many of us have experienced a sleepless night. It’s often the same experience for most people, you lay awake and your mind races. You think about tomorrow’s seemingly impossible to-do list, or a problem you may be encountering at that time. Your body wants to sleep. But your mind has other plans.

Around 16 Million adults in the UK suffer from sleepless nights, and that could explain why we average just 6.8 hours of sleep per night. 

In other words, we’re chronically sleep deprived, and this lack of sleep limits the body’s ability to repair and restore itself. But sleep hypnosis for insomnia can offer a solution for many, helping us to get to sleep faster and to have better quality sleep. Sleep is very important for health.

During sleep, our bodies naturally heal themselves, the mind is refreshed, hormone levels are restored.  While you sleep your body repairs important cells and tissues and a variety of important health processes happen.  In short, when we deprive ourselves of quality sleep, we’re putting our mental and physical health at risk.

With lower levels of stress and anxiety the probability of a really good night’s sleep is greatly enhanced.
